Step 1: Visit OTRS’s official login website.

Step 2: Click on forgot password.
Those who want to recover their password and reset their current one simply follow this method/process.
By clicking forgot password, a new tab will load where you will enter your user email ID.
Step 3: Enter your email ID/username.
Ensure the email or username you are giving is valid. When we talk of valid, this means that it is recognizable by the system. The same details you used while creating an account.
Step 4: Check your email.
An email will be sent to your email. The mail contains a link that you are to use to retrieve your password.
Click on the link to get to the very last stage of resetting or recovering your password.
Step 5: Enter your new password.
Enter a new combination for your password. Ensure that they contain at least eight characters. Confirm them one more time and click on reset.
Oops! And just like that, your new password is in operation already. You can now use it to log in to your account.
